OBITUARY Barbara Gene Welch, 73, of Lone Oak passed away on September 1, 2013 in Royse City. She was born October 16, 1939 in Celina, Texas to Velvie and Louise (Phillips) Bilderback. Barbara is survived by her children: Kaye Abbott, Michael Usrey & wife Kay, Kevin Usrey & wife Stacey, Keith Usrey & wife Deeanne, Lonna Rodriguez-Usrey; grandchildren, Christy Lightfoot, Sarah Usrey, Sheryl Usrey, Tomas Usrey, Serena Rodriguez, Crystal Rodriguez; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Chris Bilderback; sister, Doris Meador. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
