OBITUARY
 Rebecca Jean Singh
July 18, 1951 - March 2, 2026
Royse City
Rebecca Jean (Barnes) Singh, age 74, of Royse City, passed away on
Monday, March 2, 2026 at her home. She was born July 18, 1951 in
Texarkana, Texas to William Elvin Barnes, Sr. and Hazel Rebecca
McIntosh.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her dear mother and father, Hazel
Cauley and William Barnes; her loving husband, Michael Singh; her
precious grandson, Kyle Lisk; and her adored brothers and sisters,
Sonny and Phinis Barnes, Wanda and Rita Barnes, Joyce Caler, and Janet Slovak.
She is survived by her beloved son and daughter, Donna Lisk and Johnny
Wilson; her cherished sisters, Shirley Donahue, Kathy Warren, Linda
Snyder, and Brenda Deakins; along with many precious grandchildren and
great-grandchildren who will forever treasure the beautiful memories
she created with them.
Some of Becky’s favorite pastimes included disco dancing and going to
the horse races with her late husband, enjoying cruises, and taking
special Mother–Daughter and Sister trips that brought her so much joy.
She found her greatest happiness in time spent with family and friends.
Funeral services for Rebecca will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at
2:00 pm at Quinlan Funeral Home. Visitation will take place one hour
prior, and interment will take place following the service at Ridgeway
Cemetery.
