WILLIS POINT - Joe Edward Ross, 45, Dallas, brother of Willis Point resident, died Oct 13 in a Dallas hospital. No services are planned. Arrangements are with Hilliard Funeral Home of Van.
He was born March 17, 1958, in Dallas and has been a lifelong resident of the Dallas area. He worked as a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include his sons, David Ross and Darren Ross, both of Carrollton; daughters, Amanda Ross and Christina Ross, both of Carrollton; mother and stepfather, Peggy and Marvin Ray Ross, Carrollton; brother, Tom Ross, Carrollton; sister Connie Hamm, Wills Point; grandmother, Inez Corley, Grand Saline; and one grandson.
