OBITUARY
Frances
O. Rasco, 76, of Brushie Prairie, Texas, passed away at home on Friday,
June 16, 2017. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, June 18, at
the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, June
19, 2017, at Dresden Cemetery.
Frances was
born in Carrollton, Texas, to the late Jack Bill "JB" Odle and Ola Mae
Sharp Odle. Frances married Ercell Gay "Burr" Rasco on August 11, 1957,
in Irving, Texas. Frances worked with her husband in construction.
She was preceded in death by her husband E.G. "Burr" Rasco; and sisters, Betty Graves and Ann Gorden.
Survivors
include her son, Eddie Rasco, of Little Rock, Arkansas; daughter,
Maretha Garrett and her husband, Bink, of Frost; grandchildren: Terry
Rasco, Jonathan Monthey and his wife, Julie, Lacie Garrett, Chasity
Perr, and Rachel Williams, all of Frost; 11 great-grandchildren; three
nephews and three nieces, and many friends. M5

Frances
Rasco, resident of the Brushie Prairie Community, passed away
at home on Friday, June 16, 2017 at the age of 76. She was born in
Carrollton, Texas on January 4, 1941 to J.B. Odle and Olma Mae Sharp
Odle. Frances married E.G. (Burr) Rasco on August 11, 1957 in Irving,
Texas. She worked with her husband in construction.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents J.B. and Ola Mae Odle; two
sister Betty Graves and Ann Gorden; loving husband E.G. (Burr) Rasco.
She is survived by her children; Eddie Rasco of Little Rock, Arkansas
and Maretha Garrett and husband Bink of Frost. Five grandchildren;
Terry Rasco of Frost, Jonathan Monthey and wife Julie of Frost, Lacie
Garrett of Frost, Chasity Perry of Frost and Rachel Williams of Frost.
Eleven great grandchildren, three nephews and three nieces.
Visitation will be Sunday evening at Griffin - Roughton Funeral Home
from 6-8pm. Graveside services will be Monday morning, June 19, 2017 at
10am at Dresden Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob Carty, Mike Rasco,
Bobby Redmon, Jerry Redmon and Johnny Campbell. |
