MEMORIAM

Hi everyone, it's Leah Pender. I was not feeling well one afternoon around the first of August and quickly became dehydrated. Long story short, after falling twice and needing the paramedics to pick me up, I wound up in the hospital at Medical City Dallas. The doctors are saying my kidneys are failing and after being on dialysis at Medical City, I am going to have to transfer to a skilled nursing facility very soon to begin rehab in hopes to return home someday.

Needless to say, I am currently unable to work and not certain I will be able to in the near future, if ever. I certainly can use everyone's thoughts and prayers at this time. I am very concerned about mounting medical bills. If you are able, I would appreciate any financial consideration anyone could make. Thank you all, I am trying to stay strong and hope to beat this one day.

Hello Leah's dear friends, this is her brother Hugh. It is with great sadness that I want to inform everyone that Leah went to be with her Lord and Savior last night. There are no immediate plans for a funeral, however we are planning a celebration of Leah's life in the coming months. When the details are available I will post back on her page. R.I.P. Leah, you will be missed.|
