3-Car crash fatal to one
A Grapevine man was killed and two other persons were injured in a three-car crash in north Irving Monday evening.
Dead is Marion Savell Miller, 36, of Grapevine, who was a passenger in one of the cars involved in the accident on State Highway 114 east of O'Connor. Two of the drivers, Janice Cummings Miller, 32, of Grapevine, and Charles A. Hold, 40, od Fallas, were also injured. The third driver was not injured.
Invesigating officer, B. F. Teague of the Irving Police Department, said Holt was westbound on Highway 114 at about 6 p.m., when he begain passing a line of cars. He struck two eastbound cars, one occupied by the Millers.
Charges arte pending in the Accident.
