OBITUARY
 Richard Wayne McClain
Richard Wayne
McClain, 62, of Lake Dallas, passed away on July 10, 2026, in Lake
Dallas. Richard was born in San Antonio, TX to Gene and Connie McClain
on July 23, 1963. He went to high school and graduated from R.L. Turner
in Farmers Branch, TX. He married Cheryl Seelhorst on Wednesday,
November 24, 1982 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Carrollton, TX.
He claimed he
was a professional relocation specialist for his company Metal Fab for
30+ years. Tinkering in the shop, cooking and eating along with
anything that had 4 wheels were many things that he enjoyed.
Richard is
preceded in death by his son Justin McClain and Parents Gene and Connie
McClain. Richard is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cheryl, His son
Preston McClain, wife Sarah. Daughter in law Maranda McClain with 5
grandchildren, Hannah, Londyn, Rowan and Hudson and Ainsley Flemons.
Visitation
will be 6-8pm, Friday, July 17, 2026. Mulkey Mason Funeral Home,
Lewisville, TX. Funeral services will be held 11am Saturday July 18,
2026, at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, Lewisville, TX. A Celebration of
life will follow at American Legion, Lake Dallas, TX.
